On October 24th ecologists, urbanists, architects and territorial development specialists will get together at the «Ecological Forum for Students» organized by Moscow Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography. As professionals in their fields, they will consult students on issues relevant to the formation of the required competencies of the future: cities of the future, solution of environmental problems, development of territories.

• Successful projects at the intersection of architecture, urban planning and ecology developped by the participants of the annual youth competition for the best design concept for the university’s public space «Decor of the recreation areas at the university. The Forum will contribute to the formation of a new point of view of specialists in the field of urban studies, construction, architecture and design as advocates for sustainable development and environmental responsibility.
Other important goal of the Forum is popularization of environmentally responsible lifestyle among students, development and strengthening of student environmental movement, involvement of students in environmental protection.
