On September 23, at 15:00, the public lecture “The system for forecasting the weather and climate risks: From a scientist’s viewpoint” will be delivered. Lecturer – Roman M. Vilfand, Head of Hydrometcenter of Russia.

The prominent Russia meteorologist will tell you how the Earth climate has been changing during the recent years, why it is important to develop a system to forecast weather and climate risks amid global climate change.

The lecture is supported by NAUKA Association of state research centers and Hydrometcenter of Russia  within the framework of NAUKA 0+ All-Russia Science Festival .
