On February 9. 2021 the webinar «Academiclibraryworkmeetssustainabledevelopmentю Sustainable development and libraries: Global goals, collective action» was held by OCLC Global Council. The webinar was held in a form of panel discusion via Webex Meet. Workers of International Relations Department and Group of Ecology and Sustainable Development Projects participated in the event as listeners.
Academic library leaders from around the globe had an interactive session on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Information on how libraries and academic institutions use these goals to develop actionable strategies, align with institutional, regional and national priorities, and help address equity and social issues on their campuses was provided. All libraries types are encouraged to view. This discussion was hosted by the OCLC Global Council library leaders listed below.
