The zero day was the Online Conference Day. The conference sites –Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology, Omsk Regional Office of the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation broadcasted live. The videos made by the Conference participants were demonstrated.
The same day, Elena F. Byckova and Kristina S. Borgoyakova, Researchers, RNPLS&T, delivered live their paper: «The continuing professional education programs for librarians working in ecological education».
The Conference participants watched the presentations of and discussed the papers delivered within the framework of three sections:
