Day 2 Ministry of natural resources and ecology of the Russian Federation

Day Two of the Conference was held on the premises of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. The Conference Plenary Session was opened with the welcome speech of Dmitry N. Kobylkin, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology , and Vladimir A. Grachev, RAS Corresponding  Member, President of V. I. Vernadsky Non-governmental Ecological Foundation, Chair of the All-Russian Society for Nature Conservation.

The prizes to the winners of “The best eco-volunteer squad” contest were given; the signing ceremony for cooperation agreement between V. I. Vernadsky Non-governmental Ecological Foundation and the Federal Children Ecological and Biological Center was held. The panel discussion “Approaches toward the Concept of Ecological Education in the Russian Federation”.
